ENROLLMENT

If you wish to enroll please fill out the application form below and wait for the school answer.
Once your application has been accepted we will reserve your place for your chosen date for up to 30 days At the same time you will be required to provide a copy of your identity card or passport and to pay an enrolment fee. Payment may be made by bank transfer. If your application is denied we will notify you of the reason for denial or we will simply offer you the option of a different start date for your course. Upon receiving the required documents we will send you the certificate of enrollment and an invoice.
Before enrolling in the course please read carefully the refund policy
The enrolment fee is not refundable.
The tuition fee is refundable in accordance with the following schedule:
– Cancellation 120 days prior to the program’s starting date will result in a 100% refund.
– Cancellation 60 days prior to the program’s starting date will result in a 70% refund.
– Cancellation 15 days prior to the program’s starting date will result in a 50% refund.
– Cancellation 7 days prior to the program’s starting date will result no refund.
A refund will be made only when an official withdrawal letter is received at the Enrollment Office.
The students that receive our documents (invoice, inscription certificate, ect.) to ask the Student Visa and decide to make cancellation after arrival in Turkey do not have the right to refunds.
